Coronavirus is at the top of everybody’s mind and is at the start of every recent newscast. We are monitoring the evolving situation, making plans and communicating with employees should we need to take steps to mitigate the health risks to our members. If the coronavirus does impact our operations and ability to serve your financial needs at East Idaho Credit Union, you will be the first to know.
The health of our staff and our members is one of our biggest concerns. We have advised our staff to take the same health precautions recommended by the CDC, to wash their hands often with warm water and soap, and not touch their face. Our branches are thoroughly cleaned regularly, with member contact surfaces being cleaned often with a hospital-grade disinfectant.
We are in constant contact with our industry partners and operations staff, including Visa and those who supply our ATMs, and we have plans in place to still meet your financial needs should our region be impacted.
We encourage all members to use our eBranch, Mobile Banking app (including Remote Deposit), and Voice Banking on Alexa devices to conduct transactions. Now is a good time to get setup with these free services to access your accounts should our credit union operations be impacted. Give us a call if you need help getting connected with these great tools.
Look for continued updates from us on our Facebook page and we thank you for your membership at East Idaho Credit Union.
