Once your new account is open, the next step is to switch your Direct Deposit and automatic payments. Use our click switch tool through online banking to make those updates.

We’re thrilled to have you as a member. Please note that account closure processes can differ between financial institutions. When closing your old account, a Letter of Closure can be beneficial. We’re here to assist you with a smooth transition. Here are some important things to consider before closing your old account:

• All checks have cleared your old account
• All Direct Deposits and automatic payments have been switched to your new Frontier account
• For safety, destroy any remaining checks, debit cards and ATM cards from your old account
