Skip a loan payment on qualifying loans

Frontier Credit Union’s Skip-A-Pay Program allows you to skip up to two monthly payments in a 12-month period on certain loans. Those payments are then added to the end of your loan term. Our skip-a-payment program does not impact your credit rating.

For a member to qualify for skip-a-pay, they must have:

  • A current loan

  • Less than 2 skips this year

  • Paid the last 2 month’s payments

  • Made at least 3 payments over the life of the loan

How to use Skip-a-Pay

  1. Login to Online Banking
  2. Select Skip a Payment (Under Payments)
  3. Select an eligible loan and the month you want to skip
  4. Agree to the Terms & Conditions
  1. Login to the Mobile App
  2. Select Payments from the menu
  3. Select Skip a Payment
  4. Select an eligible loan and the month you want to skip
  5. Agree to the Terms & Conditions
