Card Dispute or Fraud Claim Terms and Conditions

By accepting this agreement, you consent and agree to the electronic submission of your dispute or fraud claim, via eBranch or the mobile app. Furthermore, you consent to receiving calls and/or emails from Frontier Credit Union to gather additional details to support your claim.

Frontier Credit Union must be notified no later than 60 days after the first statement containing disputed charges. If determined to be fraud, your maximum liability for losses to your account may be up to $50.00 if you have notified us within two (2) business days of discovery that your card was lost, stolen, or compromised. Failure to notify the credit union within two (2) business days may increase the Cardholder’s liability from $50 to $500. We also reserve the right to close the Debit Card or Credit Card and accounts associated with the fraudulent claim.

Additionally, you agree to give consent to Frontier Credit Union to release any information regarding your card and /or card account to any local, state and /or federal law enforcement agency so that the information can, if necessary, be used in the investigation and/or prosecution of any person(s) who may be responsible for fraud involving your card and/or card account. You agree to testify, declare, depose, or certify to the truth of any or all of the information provided before any competent tribunal, officer or person; and you will cooperate fully in the prosecution of the person or persons responsible for the foregoing transactions.

By accepting this agreement, you attest this affidavit is true and understand that making a false sworn statement is subject to federal and/or state statutes and may be punishable by fines and/or by imprisonment. You understand that if you do not provide the required information or documentation, any claim credit(s) may be delayed or removed. You also understand that additional information or documentation may be requested to process your claim. Failure to provide additional information or documentation could result in closure of the dispute and removal of provisional credits given.
